Coaching for Teens & Young Adults

Growing up and finding your place in the world isn’t always easy.

Teenagers and young adults can struggle with confidence, self-esteem, motivation, friendships and relationships, exam pressure, organisation or simply knowing what direction they want to take.

I provide a safe, supportive and judgement-free space where they can talk openly and honestly about how they are feeling, without being lectured or told what they should be doing. I listen, get to know them and work alongside them to understand what they would like to change and what they want to achieve.

Adolescence and young adulthood are also important times for self-discovery. Together, we can explore who they are, what matters to them and what they want from life, while building confidence, resilience and greater belief in themselves.

We can work on practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, deal with setbacks, develop better habits and routines, communicate more effectively and build healthier relationships.

I can also support them through challenges such as exam pressure, education and career choices, helping them feel more confident in making decisions about their future.

The relationship between us is really important. They need to feel safe, listened to and understood – and, most importantly, they need to want to be there.

Coaching is something we do together. My aim is to help them understand themselves better, recognise their strengths and give them the confidence and practical tools to move forward and achieve the goals that matter to them.
